How are you dealing with the transition of staying at home? One of the things that I‘m missing in my daily routine is my work out. When I energize my body with exercise I raise my good vibes and resonate only with those that are also health and vibrancy conscious. Our energy, or vibe, attracts to us what is similar to us. Conversely, a good energy can repel, or protect you, from situations, people and experiences that don't serve you. My usual routine is to hit an Orange Theory class 3 to 4 times a week and I enjoy yoga at a variety of studios 2 to 3 times a week.

In addition to more family meals, cooking, board games, discovering new apps, and the list goes on and on…we’ve discovered ”work in” videos provided by several gyms and yoga studios.


You can make these workouts as long and involved as you like. Or you can make them very, very simple and space them out throughout your day, either way you’ll be able to stay connected to your physical fitness routine and feel electric afterwards.
